 Pat's career has been in midwifery and teaching. She has recently reduced her teaching commitment so that she can now indulge her love of image making.

Artist's statement - 'My work is often abstract or illustrative. I enjoy working with pattern and texture and exploring a variety of media. I am usually ideas or media led, but sometimes my inspiration will come from things I've read, heard or seen. I find my studio at the Woodend Mill to be highly conducive to the creative process; a lovely space that seems removed from work and home [ the equivalent of a bloke's shed, but bigger and with fabulous views'
